Meet our Team
Jodi Baker worked in almost every corner of the financial planning world—annuity home office operations, brokerage firms, high-net-worth RIAs, and even a mix of all of the above. After more than 20 years, she’s seen (and solved) just about everything. That’s why she’s known as the office “fixer”—the one who untangles the details, handles the tough stuff, and somehow makes it all look effortless.
Before joining the team, Jodi led the operations crew at a local RIA firm, where she kept the wheels turning and never lost sight of what matters most: the client experience. Now, all of that knowledge, creativity, and “get it done” energy has landed her exactly where she belongs—working alongside Chad and Scott, with a shared mission to take care of long-time clients and friends.
Beyond the spreadsheets, Jodi has a creative streak a mile wide. She’s designed marketing pieces, built client communication strategies, and planned firm events—always with plenty of detail and a splash of personality (if it needs to be organized, polished, or made a little more fun, Jodi is on it).
At home, she and her husband, Dan, stay busy cheering on their three daughters. From a hairstylist and proud homeowner to college dancers chasing big dreams, her girls keep life full of energy, laughter, and just the right amount of chaos.
